In addition, we gather statistical information about the Chiselr website and visitors to the Chiselr website including, but not limited to IP address, browser software, operating system, software and hardware attributes, pages viewed, number of sessions and unique visitors ("Browsing Information").

Any transaction using Escrow services or services under affiliates/sponsors information protection schemes that Chisel Yourself provides on Chiselr website; information including but not limited to, bank account numbers, credit/debit card numbers along with expiration dates and CVV numbers; initiating, processing and tracking information of transactions as approved, authorised and governed by Negotiable instruments Act, 1881 and RBI (Reserve Bank of India) Act, 1934 and further amendments to it pertaining to Electronic Clearing Services (ECS) dated 2008, may be collected, to facilitate sale, purchase, settlement or services transacted on or procured through the Chiselr website.

On the verge of the user providing any Personal Data to Chisel Yourself through Chiselr website, the user is deemed to have authorised Chisel Yourself to collect, retain and use that Personal Data for the following purposes:

• User identity verification

• User eligibility verification to register as a user of the website

• Processing registration information as a user, providing a log-in ID for the website, maintaining and managing user registration

• Providing user with customer service and responding to queries, feedback, claims or disputes

It is considered as a given by the user to further agree that we may disclose and transfer user Personal Data to service providers empanelled by Chisel Yourself to assist us with providing you with our services, including but not limited, to data entry, database management, promotions, products and services alerts, payment extension services ("Service Providers"). Personal Data supplied by the user will be retained by Chisel Yourself and will be partially or completely accessible by our employees, Service Providers engaged by Chisel Yourself and third parties affiliates empanelled by Chisel Yourself, for or in relation to any of the purposes stated in Personal data usage.

Voluntary Information disclosed and authorized by the user has the possibility of being made publicly available on Chiselr website and therefore has the potential to be accessed by any internet user. Chisel Yourself may provide statistical information to third parties, but when we do so, Chisel Yourself will not disclose any such information deemed as personally-identifying information without user consent.

Chisel Yourself has established relationships with other parties and Chiselr website to offer you the benefit of products and services which we do not offer. We offer you access to these other parties and their websites either through the use of hyperlinks to these sites from Chiselr website or through offering "co-branded" sites in which both Chisel Yourself and other parties share the same uniform URL, domain name or pages within a domain name on the Internet. In some cases the user may be required to submit personal information to register or apply for products or services provided by such third parties or co-branded partners.
