You retain ownership of the content you submit (resumes, profiles, assessments). By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of providing our services.

The Platform, including its design, features, code, and AI algorithms, is owned by Chisel Yourself and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform without written permission.

Our AI-powered assessments, coding challenges, and matching algorithms are provided 'as is' for informational and evaluation purposes. While we strive for accuracy:

• Results may not be 100% accurate or reflect real-world outcomes

• We do not guarantee job placements or employment outcomes

• Employers and institutions make final hiring or admission decisions independently

• Users are responsible for verifying all information before making career decisions

Certain features require paid subscriptions. By subscribing:

• You authorize us to charge the payment method provided

• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date

• We reserve the right to change pricing with advance notice

• Institutions and enterprises may have custom pricing terms outlined in separate agreements

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you:

• Violate these Terms and Conditions

• Engage in fraudulent or harmful behavior

• Fail to pay applicable fees

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy, except where retention is required by law.
